Payments (e.g., sponsorship tiers) are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Additional terms may apply. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of EUR 50 or the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the courts located in Bologna, Italy.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
